StuckInLegal provides access to a library of legal document templates for purchase and download. Documents are provided as starting-point templates and do not constitute legal advice.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Each document is available for a one-time fee of US$12.99. Upon successful payment, you will receive the document in editable .docx format via email. Download links remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. No Legal Advice

The documents provided through StuckInLegal are templates only. They do not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this service. You should consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before relying on any document obtained from this site.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use and modify the purchased document for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the documents in template form.

6. Limitation of Liability

StuckInLegal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any documents obtained through our platform.
