1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StuckInLegal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
StuckInLegal provides access to a library of legal document templates for purchase and download. Documents are provided as starting-point templates and do not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created between you and StuckInLegal, its operators, or any attorney whose work appears in the library, by your use of this site or any document obtained through it.
3. Purchases and Payments
Paid purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Each document is available for the one-time fee displayed at checkout, which is US$12.99 unless a promotional round is running, during which a document may be supplied at no charge. Upon successful checkout, you will receive the document in editable .docx format via email. The delivery link in that email is valid for 24 hours. Account holders may re-download purchased documents from their dashboard for 12 months from the date of purchase; guests may request a new delivery link within the same 12-month period by contacting support.
4. No Legal Advice
The documents provided through StuckInLegal are templates only. They do not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this service. You should consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before relying on any document obtained from this site.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you receive a license to use and modify the purchased document for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the documents in template form.
6. Limitation of Liability
StuckInLegal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any documents obtained through our platform.
