Amended and Restated Confirmation Letter #_
This Amended and Restated Confirmation Letter #_ (the “Amended Confirmation Letter”) describes an amended and restated transaction between Buyer and Seller for the sale, purchase, and Delivery of Renewable Energy Certificates (“RECs”) in accordance with the terms of the Renewable Energy Certificate Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Parties dated [DATE] (the “Agreement”). The Parties have agreed to reduce Product Quantity by 1 as reflected in the Product Quantity (REC) line. Therefore, this Amended Confirmation Letter hereby replaces Confirmation Letter #_in its entirety. In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Agreement and this Amended Confirmation Letter, the terms of this Amended Confirmation Letter shall control for the purposes of this transaction.
Initially capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein are defined in the Agreement.
