This referral is owed if the referred party signs a lease, a letter of intent, or a sales agreement within two (2) years of the referral date, even if the settlement date or occupancy date occurs after that time.

Please acknowledge this agreement to the above referral fee to be paid upon the close of the referred transaction. All parties understand that this is a “single transaction” referral only. If there is the potential for multiple transactions with the referred person, it is the obligation of the originating agent to complete a separate referral form for each transaction.
