Egg Farm Effluent Off-take Agreement
An agreement for taking the liquid effluent left after poultry manure is processed in a biogas and fertilizer plant. The plant is built next to egg farms that supply the manure under a separate waste supply agreement. A plant developer and a poultry operator would use it to settle what happens to the residual material once energy and fertilizer have been produced.
